How to Send Money with Crypto

We’re going to send money to Nigeria in less than 5 minutes. This guide assumes you have some crypto on your preferred platform and want to send it to a Nigerian bank.

Step 1: Start Your Transfer

Go to the Yara website or download the app from the App Store. Set the amount you want to send and click “Send Money”. Yara home screen

Step 2: Enter Recipient Details

Fill in the recipient’s email, phone number, and bank account details. Recipient details screen

Step 3: Review Transfer Details

Step 4: Fill in Your Personal Details

Step 5: Select Your Crypto

Choose the cryptocurrency you’d like to send. For this example, we’ll use USDC on Base.

Step 6: Send Your Crypto

Transfer the crypto from your platform to the address provided, then click “I have transferred it”.

Step 7: Track Your Payout

You’ll see the payout status page where you can follow the state of your payment. Payout status You’ll also receive an email confirming Yara has received your transfer. Confirmation email

Step 8: Payment Complete

Track the progress until completion—usually within a minute!
